With our wedding pavilion located right on the property, you can pop out and work on your wedding decorations, have a drink in the sun, and then hop back into the main house for a relaxing bath and a glass of wine before the festivities begin! Having a big wedding with more guests than you can count? We are only 30 minutes from Carbondale, IL and 30 minutes from Cape Girardeau, MO where you can find an abundance of great lodging options for the rests of your guests as well (don’t forget, we will house up to 20 guests right on the property for the length of your festivities)!

Our outdoor wedding venue includes a beautiful natural stone finish, as well as glass doors that open and close to help fight off unpredictable weather. Your wedding photographer will never run out of beautiful, natural, scenery with all of the wonderful backdrops our properties offer.

To add to the charm of Havisham House’s wedding venue in Southern Illinois, we recently acquired the oldest commercial building in Alto Pass (conveniently located right next to Havisham House). This gorgeous addition, opening in June of 2022, will be known as the Havisham House Bourbon Bar! Enjoy a fun day of bonding before the festivities begin!
